E-Procurement Specialist We are looking for an experienced E-Procurement Specialist to join a global procurement organisation undergoing continuous digital transformation. In this role, you will act as the functional expert for e-procurement platforms, driving adoption, governance, operational excellence, and process improvements across the entire Source-to-Pay landscape.
Working closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, Shared Services, regional teams, and suppliers, you will bridge business and technology, ensuring procurement systems support efficient, compliant, and user-friendly processes on a global scale.
Responsibilities
Drive global adoption and optimisation of e-procurement and guided-buying platforms.
Develop and deliver training materials for end-users and key users.
Provide first-line functional support and business troubleshooting.
Monitor Source-to-Pay compliance, data quality, and process adherence.
Create operational reports and dashboards on adoption, usage, and performance.
Support internal and external audits through reporting and controls monitoring.
Gather user feedback and translate business challenges into requirements.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release readiness activities.
Define, monitor, and improve operational KPIs.
Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and supplier enablement programmes.
Challenge non-compliant practices and promote best-practice procurement processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement operations, e-procurement, Source-to-Pay, or procurement digitalisation.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, guided buying, requisitioning, catalogues, contracts, and procurement controls.
Hands-on experience with SAP and e-procurement platforms.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
Experience leading cross-functional projects in an international environment.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Experience translating business needs into functional requirements.
