For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of strategic business initiatives within a complex, international environment. This role is ideal for a project professional who enjoys driving cross-functional collaboration, managing change, and ensuring projects are delivered in a structured and consistent manner.
Role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for governance and project management initiatives within your assigned department. You will work closely with business teams, support functions, and key stakeholders to facilitate project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and organisational change. You will help define project objectives, KPIs, roadmaps, and deliverables while ensuring projects remain aligned with business priorities and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead project and change management activities using structured methodologies.
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through implementation and handover.
Support the delivery of low to medium complexity cross-functional projects with global impact.
Define and document project goals, KPIs, roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.
Track project progress and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
Drive stakeholder engagement and organisational readiness throughout project execution.
Collaborate with business units and central functions to ensure alignment and effective governance.
Facilitate decision-making processes and secure required approvals.
Manage external vendors and stakeholders where applicable.
Ensure successful project closure and transition to business-as-usual operations.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders up to Director level.
What We Are Looking For
3 to 5 years of relevant project management experience.
Experience managing cross-functional projects within a complex organisational environment.
Familiarity with project management and change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
Understanding of organisational change principles and stakeholder adoption processes.
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, including Director level.
Highly organised with strong planning, prioritisation, and coordination abilities.
Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Experience supporting large-scale organisational change initiatives is advantageous.
Knowledge of ERP implementations or large business transformation programmes is beneficial.
PMP, Agile Project Management, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
