An upcoming Trust & Safety regulation requiers our client to analyse a specific backlog buckewith uninvestigated tickets. This data analyst is needed to analyse the tickets and investigate potential operational risks to determine if new workflows must be designed. A document outlining the hypotheses, data analysis results and recommendations on next operational steps. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience. Strong data querying skills - knows how to work with data Ability to translate data into business requirements Strong influencing and stakeholder alignment skills Ability to define the problem narrative Ability to design analytical methodologies to reach conclusions Visual presentation and general data storytelling skills (making findings visually engaging and easy to digest for leadership) MySQL Notebooks Google Workspace Nice-to-have, not mandatory: Short-term,
