Responsibilities
Validate and define the bounded context for domain data
Analyse and confirm ownership of related attributes including identity, seniority, position, qualifications, postings, counters, and passport information
Determine which data entities belong within the new platform and which remain within adjacent domains such as scheduling, rostering, assignments, and analytics
Establish data mastership and lineage across systems including SAP HR and other management platforms
Document transformation rules and data curation requirements
Map current state business processes and data flows
Analyse existing consumer dependencies, interfaces, integrations, and downstream usage
Design future state business processes and data provisioning capabilities
Define API driven and event driven integration patterns
Conduct gap analysis between current and target state environments
Assess migration impacts on business processes and consuming applications
Standardise terminology across business domains and stakeholders
Define functional requirements for operational back office capabilities
Support manual override processes, crew identifier management, and business rule administration
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst within complex enterprise environments
Strong expertise in data domains, master data management, and data governance
Experience with domain driven design and bounded context modelling
Proven background in current state and target state process analysis
Experience defining REST API and event driven architectures
