And you play an important part in making that happen. As a Guest Service Agent, you are the face of Beachhouse Hotel. From the first warm welcome to the final goodbye, you make sure our guests feel completely at ease. You won’t just be working behind the reception desk. You’ll also be part of our F&B service. From check-ins and check-outs to serving breakfast, drinks and delicious dishes, you help make every stay a little more special. Along the way, you handle daily administrative tasks, share local recommendations and anticipate what guests need, often before they even ask. You’re someone who: Loves making guests feel welcome and creating memorable experiences Has a natural passion for hospitality and enjoys going the extra mile Easily switches between Front Office, F&B and other daily tasks Takes initiative, works independently and enjoys being part of a close-knit team Speaks Dutch and English. German is a great bonus Experience in hospitality is a plus, but enthusiasm and the right attitude matter just as much to us. You’re a natural host who loves making people feel welcome. With your positive energy, eye for detail and hands‑on attitude, you know how to turn the little moments into memorable experiences. You’re flexible, proactive and feel just as comfortable welcoming guests at reception as you do serving breakfast or drinks. You enjoy working in a team, speak Dutch and English, and always bring a smile to work. Hospitality experience is a plus, but your personality matters most!
