More than 4 million people use our patient portal. Yet, a GP with an overflowing inbox usually doesn't open our newsletter. That is where your work begins. As an Online & Growth Marketeer at HCI UZO, you are the label's performance expert. You measure and improve everything we publish online, and you help build a self-scaling funnel. Two growth engines: a self-scaling funnel and a targeted, sales-led approach for the accounts and healthcare markets that really matter. UZO creates the patient portal that enables GP practices to help their patients digitally. The ambition is high: we want to grow among GPs and in new healthcare markets. This can only be achieved with a funnel that largely runs itself, because you cannot call thousands of small practices one by one. At the same time, growth in new healthcare markets and with larger chains calls for the exact opposite: a targeted, sales-led approach where you use account-based marketing to warm up the accounts that really matter and bring them in together with sales. Your goal: measurably more reach and conversion, and a funnel that becomes more automated step by step, from initial contact to onboarding — and a measurably more qualified pipeline from your named accounts. You prepare, execute, and analyze online campaigns: SEA, social advertising, and display. You make websites and landing pages more findable and higher converting with SEO and A/B testing. You formulate growth hypotheses and set up experiments across the entire funnel. You scale up what works and stop what doesn't. Together with the marketer, you map out the pain points of practices and ensure that the right content is ready the moment a visitor is ready for it. You help build an automated funnel according to the principles of product-led growth, in collaboration with onboarding and sales. For named accounts and new healthcare markets, you build an account-based marketing motion: together with sales, you select the target accounts, set up targeted campaigns and retargeting, and provide sales‑ready signals. You make website visits and intent visible with tools like LeadInfo, enrich and route high‑intent visitors to sales, and support outbound (for example via LinkedHelper) where that accelerates the funnel. You build and maintain funnel and channel attribution dashboards yourself, with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Search Console. You use AI tooling smartly to make analyses and processes more efficient. Building models is not necessary. You actively share what you learn from experiments with colleagues, from product to sales. About Us
At Health Cloud Initiative (HCI), over 250 colleagues work towards one goal: better care, easily arranged. At UZO, we work on technology that truly helps: for the healthcare provider and for the user. We do this in an open and committed team with high ambitions and an honest culture. Your experiments will determine how quickly we realize those ambitions. You work closely with the UZO marketer. They oversee the brand and content; you are responsible for performance. Together, you form the label's marketing duo. You report to the Commercial Manager at UZO and are also part of HCI's central Growth Marketing Team. There, you share knowledge, tools, and best practices with the marketers from the other labels. Lines of communication with the business are short. Moreover, a solid foundation for experimentation is already in place: your predecessor has conducted hundreds of A/B tests, meaning you don't have to start from scratch. You are given the freedom to test, and colleagues from product, onboarding, and support are always close at hand. What do we offer?
Salary of €4.000 to €5.500 gross per month 8% holiday allowance, internet allowance and a good pension plan Hybrid working in Amsterdam-Zuidoost and from home 24 vacation days and the option to exchange public holidays Travel allowance and home office allowance Personal development budget of €1.000 Collegial team with a heart for healthcare and technology Fresh fruit daily, lunch together, and team outings Working at the market leader in healthcare IT with impact at scale What are you bringing?
You are a specialist in the online field. You enjoy working with data, but you are not a quiet mouse staring at Google Analytics all day: you just as easily walk into product or onboarding to pick up what you need. You convince our target audience with content, because a GP doesn't click on anything without a reason. And to be honest about what you will find here: you won't be stepping into a shiny Ferrari. You will, however, get the toolkit to build a beautiful Lotus yourself. Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level in (online) marketing or commercial economics. Three to five years of experience in online or growth marketing, with demonstrable results in SEA, SEO, and conversion optimization. Extensive experience with A/B testing and marketing automation, preferably HubSpot, supplemented with tooling for visitor identification and outbound such as LeadInfo and LinkedHelper; NIMA B Digital Marketing or HubSpot certifications are a plus. You understand product-led growth and know how to automate a funnel step-by-step, as well as sales‑led / account‑based marketing (ABM), and know how to align a self‑scaling funnel with targeted account motion. Demonstrable experience with sales‑led motion: collaborating with sales, named account campaigns, and contributing to the qualified pipeline — not just inbound. A B2C background is welcome, provided you make the transition to an audience that you convince with content.
