Growth Architect — Web, SEO & CRO Lead in Capelle aan den IJssel

Faceland is seeking a Lead Web & Organic Growth to own our website across five European markets. You will drive technical performance, organic visibility, user experience and conversion through strategic SEO, CRO and GEO initiatives.
You'll manage the CMS, coordinate partners and collaborate with UX, SEO, and the Digital Marketing team. This is a hybrid, international role with travel to Capelle aan den IJssel as needed.
