Location
Flexible (Global) Role responsibilities Conduct end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized technical roles worldwide, from sourcing to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding.
Design and execute tailored recruiting strategies for engineering and cybersecurity functions across regions.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking in global talent markets.
Partner closely with hiring managers and tech leaders to define requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and guide hiring managers throughout the decision-making process.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
Continuously map global talent pools, conduct salary benchmarking, and gather competitive market intelligence.
Collaborate on broader talent initiatives and contribute to key HR projects to support business growth.
Deliver regular, data-driven reports on recruitment performance and pipeline health.
Qualifications Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in technical recruitment, ideally with global scope.
Proven expertise recruiting for niche technical positions (software engineers, R&D specialists, cybersecurity experts).
Experience in the cybersecurity or information security sector is a strong plus.
Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously across geographies and functions.
Demonstrated success in delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Strong influencing and communication skills to partner effectively with senior technical leaders.
Creativity, adaptability, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
