Content Marketer (Video & Social) Own Engaige's content end to end, short-form video first: script, shoot, edit and post the work that makes B2B e-commerce brands care about AI support.

About Engaige E-commerce brands drown in repetitive support tickets while their teams burn out on the same questions, over and over.

Engaige builds AI that automates 70 to 90% of those requests, integrated with Shopify, ERP, WMS and returns platforms, so support teams can focus on what actually needs a human.

Companies like MR MARVIS, All4Running, Dore & Rose, Baskèts and Otrium already run on Engaige, and we are growing fast, expanding internationally.

About the role We need someone who can create. Not a strategist who only briefs agencies, but a hands-on content marketer who writes, shoots, edits, and publishes.

You will own our content engine with short-form video at its centre, LinkedIn and X around it, and longer pieces when they matter. You turn product launches, customer stories, and founder insight into content that feels sharp and human, not corporate AI hype.

You work closely with sales, product, and the founders. Speed and taste beat perfect process.

What you will do

Make short-form video our main output: hooks, scripts, filming, editing and posting, every week rather than now and then

Write and shoot founder-led video: you draft the script, run the camera, and cut it yourself (studio, office, or on the go)

Ship a steady stream of social posts around that video (LinkedIn and X) so the reach turns into pipeline

Mine customer stories, demos and ship notes for the clips and posts worth making, plus the occasional longer piece

Own the content calendar from idea to publish, and improve what works based on real engagement

Partner with sales and GTM on campaigns, launch moments, and outbound-friendly assets

Keep Engaige's voice consistent: clear, ambitious, no fluff

What we are looking for

You have shipped short-form video yourself rather than briefed it: hooks, scripts, edits. Show us the work

Comfortable on both sides of the camera: filming, lighting basics, editing (CapCut, Premiere, Descript, or similar)

Strong writing in both Dutch and English

Taste for B2B SaaS and tech content that does not sound like a press release, and for founder-led video that does not sound scripted

High urgency: you would rather publish this week and learn than wait for a perfect brief

Affinity for e-commerce, AI, or startups is a plus
