Group HR Project Manager (interim) – 12 months You can build your career and the future of GLS.
In your role as
Group HR Project Manager , you play a key role in driving group initiatives to attract, retain and develop GLS talents.
The Group HR Project Manager is part of the corporate HR team and is working closely with the GLS global executive team and the GLS HR community in over 20 countries to build a diverse company with an excellent culture driving strategic projects along the employee journey, developing guidelines, tools, assets and best practice solutions.
The Role Will Include The Following
Manage recruitment for key Group function roles in partnership with the team
Lead strategic Group HR projects, including AI initiatives, the further stabilisation of SAP SuccessFactors and the evaluation and potential implementation of a new recruitment solution.
Drive the implementation of the Group HR strategy through further initiatives, subject to priorities and capacity, including leadership development, enhanced HR reporting and the implementation of best-practice HR processes for the GLS Group functions.

At least 5 years work experience as an HR generalist, with experience in recruiting, training & development and implementing digital HR solutions
Ideally first project management experience with an international stakeholder group
Very good communications skills and English
A natural ability to network, motivate and engage across cultures and functions
Very good listening skills that help you to identify important key messages quickly and present them concisely
A proactive hands on mentality and analytical skills that enable you to process large amounts of complex information quickly, precisely and to a high standard of quality
Very good time and self-management skills that enable you to prioritize and keep an overview at all times
