and play a key role in shaping customer journeys across email, push, and other owned communication channels

What you'll do:

Develop and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Build and optimize consumer journeys using segmentation and personalization.

Analyze campaign performance, uncover insights, and recommend improvements.

Partner with creative agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging digital experiences.

Drive reporting, channel health analysis, and best-practice adoption across marketing teams.

What we're looking for:

Strong experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Brand, Media, or Retail Marketing.

Strong understanding of customer journey management, segmentation, and personalization.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.

Experience measuring CRM performance and campaign effectiveness.

Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

Passion for sports and an understanding of sports culture.

Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Figma, Airtable, or similar platforms.

Contract:

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6+ Months with an option to extend.

Location: Hilversum - 3 days a week

Agreement: 40 hours per week
