Job Summary

Manages Shop Floor Scheduling activities in the Production Area. It includes the management of visual systems to communicate / monitor the sequence of production orders, ensuring the availability of resources.

Job Responsibilities

Sequence work orders according to high MPS demand requirements for specific products and production lines, understanding all the physical and personnel limitations of these lines.

Monitor manufacturing performance / performance daily against schedule, challenging and understanding whenever performance deviates from standard.

Monitor stock coverage daily to avoid out-of-stock and overstock by adjusting the run sequence if possible or by raising the issue with the Master Scheduler.

Maximize production / utilization of shared manufacturing resources while ensuring full consistency with the mix of MPS products, volumes, and required availability dates.

Job Qualifications

At least 3 year experience in similar position

Understand ERP / MRP environment with productive and nonproductive parts

Shortages analysis

Monitoring inventory levels

Material transaction, level loading, BOM

Excel level Medium/High, for quick decision making reports and front end pages for production users.

English : Advanced

Bachelor in Engineering or Administration
