About the Role
Understand the Dutch market and spot the challenges and opportunities for users and local moderators
Build plans to recruit, educate and grow a community of volunteer moderators
Turn power users and external creators into active moderators through a clear onboarding funnel
Grow and refine Reddit's international consumer growth playbook
Set KPIs, analyze data and run community initiatives
Work with Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety and Business Development teams
About You
5+ years in community development, project management, growth, operations or product consulting, with community-led projects that drove business results
Deep knowledge of Dutch culture, language, current events and internet culture
Fluent in Dutch and English
A clear, persuasive communicator who executes with attention to detail
