As Food & Beverage Manager at Generator Amsterdam, you'll lead the F&B service operation across our café, bar, restaurant and event spaces. Together with the Head Chef you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving commercial performance, developing a high-performing team and ensuring operational excellence across all outlets.
Working closely with the General Manager and a diverse international team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our F&B offering, bring innovative ideas to life and make a real impact in a fast-paced, creative and social environment.

What You’ll Do
Oversee stock management, purchasing, inventory controls and cost of sales performance.
Manage departmental budgets, forecasts and labor costs to achieve financial targets.
Recruit, train, coach and develop team members, creating a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
Continuously review and enhance menus, beverage offerings and operational processes to remain competitive and relevant.

Your Experience
Proven experience managing multiple outlets, including bars, restaurants and events spaces.
Experience working in a dynamic, high-volume hospitality environment.
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards and food safety legislation.
Experience in stock management, including inventory control, stock takes, ordering and wastage.
