As Food& Beverage Manager at Generator Amsterdam, you'll lead the F&B service operationacross our café, bar, restaurant and event spaces. Together with the Head Chefyou'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, drivingcommercial performance, developing a high-performing team and ensuringoperational excellence across all outlets. Oversee stock management, purchasing, inventory controls andcost of sales performance. Manage departmental budgets, forecasts and labor costs toachieve financial targets. Recruit, train, coach and develop team members, creating aculture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement. Continuously review and enhance menus, beverage offerings andoperational processes to remain competitive and relevant. WHO YOUARE

Proven experience managing multiple outlets, including bars,restaurants and events spaces. Experience working in a dynamic, high-volume hospitalityenvironment. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, servicestandards and food safety legislation. Experience in stock management, including inventory control,stock takes, ordering and wastage.
