Prepare, set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring excellentpresentation, freshness and quality throughout service. Assist with basic food preparation, including hot and cold breakfastitems, as well as lunch service Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen and breakfast area,following HACCP and food safety procedures. Support the Kitchen and F&B teams with stock rotation, deliveries,cleaning and efficient daily breakfast operations. WHO YOUARE

Previous experience in a kitchen, breakfast service or hospitalityenvironment is preferred but not essential. Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen hygiene and food safetystandards. Ability to work efficiently during busy breakfast periods whilemaintaining quality and cleanliness.
