To further the commercial growth and professionalization of our organization, we are looking for an experienced Sales Director / Marketing & Sales Manager. An entrepreneurial and ambitious commercial professional who knows how to build relationships, open doors and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships and revenue growth. Задачи:
Develop and implement the commercial strategy of Friends of the Brands. Generate new business and achieve structural revenue growth. Actively leverage and further expand your existing business network. Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients, brands, partners and other relevant stakeholders. Identify new commercial opportunities, market developments and potential collaborations. Conduct conversations, pitches and negotiations at senior management and executive level. Translate client needs into distinctive marketing and communications proposals. Take responsibility for commercial targets, pipeline and forecasting. Guide and coach colleagues in commercial matters. Work closely with the management team and the marketing and communications team. Represent Friends of the Brands professionally and appropriately to clients, partners and other business contacts. We are looking for an experienced and trustworthy commercial professional with a strong personality, natural leadership and demonstrable results. You are commercially driven, but never lose sight of the relationship. You understand that trust, quality and a strong network are essential for long-term business success. At least 10 years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, marketing, communications, media, branding, PR or a comparable commercial environment. A demonstrable and relevant business network in the Netherlands. A proven track record of winning and further developing new clients and commercial partnerships. Strong commercial and strategic skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience conducting conversations at C-level and executive level. A coaching and motivating leadership style. An entrepreneurial attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. Reliability, integrity and discretion. A professional and appropriate appearance. The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written. For this position, we are exclusively looking for candidates who live and work in the Netherlands and have an excellent command of Dutch.
