Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong work history may be considered Comfortable using hand tools (ex: drills, impact drivers, wrenches, measuring tools) Ability to follow written instructions and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift schedule Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift and lift up to 30-50 lbs (based on assignment) Willingness to follow all safety and PPE requirements Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required Commitment to safety standards and best practices Responsibilities of the Production Operator
You will be responsible for operating the manufacturing equipment, assembling and inspecting products, and adhering to Bosch's established standards and procedures. You will be required to display a high level of associate involvement and teamwork to provide continuous improvement ideas and demonstrate strong customer focus. Job Location
