As an Assistant Electrical Engineer you work on UPS systems, batteries and backup power in the largest data centers in the Netherlands, next to an experienced engineer who guides you. You take measurements, pull and label cables, replace modules and learn why every action is recorded. Unlike the apprentice you do not go to school: you learn the trade full time with us, and along the way you earn your VCA and NEN 3140 VOP. You build up at your own pace, first watching and helping, then tasks of your own. As soon as you can run a job on your own, you grow on to Electrical Engineer.
