Finest People is seeking a Head of Growth for an ambitious early-stage consumer start-up building a Personal Intelligence System combining hardware, an app, AI and a recurring membership. You will own the commercial engine from day one, shape GTM, CAC, ROAS and international growth, and eventually build the growth team. You will lead go-to-market, performance acquisition, creative testing, and lifecycle/CRM programs, with the freedom to operate remotely from the Netherlands or Utrecht office
