Faceland is hiring a Lead Web & Organic Growth to own our website across five European markets.
You will manage the CMS, optimize the user journey, and drive organic growth through SEO and GEO strategies while coordinating with SEO, UX, and digital marketing teams.
This is not a maintenance role; proactive ownership is expected.
You’ll report to the Head of Digital Marketing and work in a flexible hybrid setup across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, or Italy, with occasional travel to Capelle
