As a CRO Specialist at Action Service Distribution, you will deliver AB and MVT tests while collaborating daily with UX, SEO, and product development teams. You will own the CRO testing roadmap and backlog, developing data-driven hypotheses from research and analytics insights. Additionally, you will analyze web performance using GA4 and Medallia DXA to uncover friction points and support AI-assisted experimentation processes.
