About Everest Everest acquires and operates established consumer and e-commerce businesses. We help them improve how they sell products, manage stock, serve customers and run their finances. Alongside this, we are building Everest Core: shared software, data and AI tools that make everyday work more effective.
Your role Cozy Heaven is a German premium bedding brand and part of Everest. Working closely with Everest's founder, you will lead the business and its small team, connecting sales, product, stock, customer service and finance. You'll set priorities, make day-to-day operating decisions and take responsibility for results.
What you'll do Run the business: review sales, margins, cash and stock, maintain the operating plan and decide where the team should focus.
Lead the team: set clear responsibilities, coordinate employees and external specialists, and follow up on delivery.
Connect growth with operations: align pricing and marketing with product availability, purchasing and customer service.
Improve how work gets done: resolve recurring problems with the team and work with Everest's engineers to improve data, processes and automation.
Your first priorities Build a clear view of trading performance, cash, inventory and outstanding customer issues with the team.
Agree a focused operating plan with Everest's founder, including priorities, owners and measures of progress.
Establish a weekly review of performance and delivery, and address the most important operational bottlenecks.
What you bring Experience leading an inventory-led commerce business with meaningful P&L responsibility.
Strong commercial and financial judgment across brand, customer acquisition, margins, stock and cash.
A track record of leading teams and specialists, with professional fluency in German and English.
