Role Overview We are seeking a Financial Account Manager who embodies dedication, precision, and a forward-thinking mindset. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing the financial frameworks of our diverse clientele across various sectors. Key Responsibilities

Client Financial Management: Lead the setup and ongoing management of financial administrations, aligning with Dutch and international financial regulations.

Strategic Client Support: Serve as the primary financial contact for clients, offering strategic advice on their Dutch and international entities' financial operations.

Comprehensive Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate preparation and timely filing of statutory annual accounts, periodic financial reports, and VAT filings.

Collaborative Expertise: Work with a multidisciplinary team of accountants, lawyers, and support staff for a holistic client service approach.

Stakeholder Liaison: Engage with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless compliance and reporting.

Additional Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Monitor account performance and provide regular updates.

Identify opportunities to enhance account performance with additional services or products.

Conduct financial analysis and planning for clients.

Prepare and present detailed financial reports and statements.

Advise clients on investment strategies, risk management, and financial planning.

Mentor and guide junior staff members as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background: Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in accounting or financial management, managing financials for various companies as clients.

Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in Dutch VAT, Dutch GAAP, IFRS, and financial software.

Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluency in English.
