As a Business Support Coordinator, you are the key figure after sales have closed the deal. You become the point of contact between the client, sales, and technical support. You draft the contracts with the agreements made between the client and sales, initiate actions with legal and technical specialists, and provide feedback to all parties involved. Together with the team, you are responsible for the process until the arrangement is established and handed over to management. For this, you have diverse contact with clients at the C-level management level. Additionally, you also support the further development of the (legal) services, support account management, and execute our marketing activities.
Due to our company’s growth, we need to expand the team with this new position. Helping shape the role will be part of your responsibilities. You excel at connecting with others, enjoy handling multiple projects simultaneously in a structured manner, and proactively support colleagues in initiating new escrow arrangements.
Experience in legal or business services is desired. Some affinity with the IT sector is a plus. Additionally, we require excellent verbal and written proficiency in both Dutch and English. You have strong communication skills and can communicate effectively at various levels. You are strategically minded, can adapt quickly, and are capable of successfully completing projects.
This is a part-time position (24 – 32 hours) with flexible working hours and the possibility of hybrid working (home and office).
