Wafer-scale fabrication/Tool operation: Operate and take ownership of specific cleanroom processes (e.g., sputtering, etching, evaporation) and ensure they remain in optimal condition for superconducting device. Process development: Work closely with R&D to transfer and standardize new fabrication processes for production. Yield improvement: Collect and analyse process data to identify root causes and improve fabrication yield and reproducibility. Documentation & standardization: Maintain clear process documentation, recipes, and SOPs to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing. Requirements

Experience in an industrial or academic cleanroom. Basic knowledge of semiconductor or superconducting device fabrication. Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across R&D and production teams. Organized & detail-oriented, able to document your work clearly and follow established procedures.
