EMEA Recruitment is partnering with an established international business in the engineering sector to recruit a Project Manager who will play a key role in a significant operational transformation. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will support the integration of manufacturing operations, improve operational efficiencies and ensure the successful delivery of a business-critical transformation programme. This is an opportunity to influence meaningful change within an international organisation, working across multiple functions and senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables. Coordinate operational integration across manufacturing, supply chain, planning and quality. Manage stakeholders across operations, IT and international leadership teams. Identify project risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement. Coordinate SAP-related activities and external service providers. Establish clear project governance, reporting and accountability. Support change management while ensuring business continuity. Your Experience
3-5 years' project management experience, ideally within operations, supply chain or business transformation. Proven success delivering cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes. Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills. Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex projects. Experience with SAP, ERP systems or operational integrations is advantageous. Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2 or PMP qualifications would be beneficial.
