Delta is seeking a hands-on Quality Liaison to manage liquid-cooling product quality from complaint through resolution. You will coordinate with Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to ensure timely containment, root-cause analysis, and effective corrective actions. Travel to customer sites and factories may be required. You will build communication with customers, document containment status and closure, and drive preventive improvements across products and suppliers.
