Build and manage a talent pool of IT specialists aligned with the company’s strategy Scout, qualify, and interview IT professionals at the office Manage the recruitment process from screening to successful placement, focusing on candidate experience Work with hiring managers to translate technical needs into suitable candidate matches Negotiate and make attractive offers to IT professionals Analyze targets and use data to improve recruitment processes Adapt the branding strategy to the IT audience and increase its impact Contribute to employer branding and hiring manager experience projects Organize tech events and build strategic partnerships Требования
