We are currently looking for research talent to become a part of our Amsterdam team. The purpose of the role is to provide deep insights and analysis on challenging leadership issues for our clients. You will spend an equal amount of time across three major responsibilities, namely: Assignment Related Research and Ongoing Support, Business Development Support and Knowledge Management Activities. From the start you will partner with Consultants and other Experts on any of the above activities. Задачи:

Time management, managing deadlines, managing multiple projects, picking appropriate resources and problem solving For instance creating a search strategy, benchmarking client's company in order to choose most appropriate target firms Identifying relevant candidates and sources based on excellent problem solving, insight, intuition and knowledge Producing high quality content of relevant documents Always working in partnership with others and contributing as part of a team Working hard to deliver the best solution for our clients Communicating in a confident manner, representing EZ adequately, excellent writing and verbal skills, extracting information from the market, professional demeanor internally & externally A university degree and 3-5 years of relevant professional experience (i.e. Executive Search, Consultancy, Executive Recruitment). Proficiency in Dutch and English is required High level of energy, perseverance and tenacity Pro-active personality, ready to roll up sleeves Ambitious and international mindset Analytical and structured mindset, but with an ability to think laterally and creatively Curious in the broadest sense The ability to push back in a constructive way, always offering a solution People-oriented personality; teamplayer Условия:
