The Role We're seeking a seasoned Chief Commercial Officer who thrives in greenfield environments and has a track record of building revenue engines from scratch.
You'll sit on the executive team alongside the founders. You'll own the go-to-market strategy, pricing, and key commercial relationships, and you'll stay hands-on in winning the first customers and partners. You will also build and lead the future commercial organisation.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of commercial leadership experience, including senior roles in technology, software, or platform businesses.
- Proven track record of launching products and scaling revenue from early stage to significant growth.
- Established senior network across target customers, partners, and investors.
- Experience building and leading high-performing commercial teams.
- Start-up or scale-up mentality; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid growth.
- Strong ownership mindset, with the credibility to influence strategy at founder and board level.
- Hands-on approach rather than a purely strategic or managerial profile.
