Redesign complex leasing, employer and dealer processes into simpler flows Set the product design standard for the shared platform and apply it across brands and markets Work with engineers and product managers to propose solutions, gather feedback from country teams and launch each part of the platform Bring senior product and business stakeholders together around clear design decisions Lay the foundations for a design function that will grow as the platform scales Требования:
Senior product design experience on complex B2B, platform, operational or multi-market products, with case studies showing processes simplified rather than just screens restyled Strong systems thinking, with the ability to design a product’s structure, flows and information architecture end to end Hands-on approach and willingness to do the design work personally Confidence with senior leadership and a track record of influencing product direction in a large, multi-brand organisation Analytical, evidence-led approach, backing proposals with data and research Comfort with ambiguity, legacy systems and organisational change Fluent English Будет плюсом: setting a design standard or design system adopted by other teams, platform consolidation or replatforming, fintech, leasing, insurance or employee benefits products, early-stage or founder experience Условия:
