Lilly is a sleep and wellbeing brand that makes everyday bedtime rituals feel a little more special. From silk pillowcases and sleep masks to bonnets and scrunchies, our products are designed to bring comfort and care to your routine.
When you join us, you won’t just be creating content. You’ll help inspire a more thoughtful approach to rest, self-care and feeling good.
What you’ll do
Come up with content ideas for Instagram, TikTok and other social media channels.
Develop concepts, hooks and angles for our ads.
Write clear creative briefs for our creative team.
Keep up with social media trends and formats.
Help with other tasks across the business when needed.
You won’t be expected to create all the visuals or edit the videos yourself. You’ll work closely with our creative team to bring your ideas to life.
What we’re looking for
Fluency in French is a strong plus , as the role involves creating content for French-speaking audiences.
Good written and spoken English.
Creativity, organisation and a proactive approach.
An interest in social media, beauty and wellbeing.
A background in marketing, communications or social media is a plus.
