Overview
In this role you serve as the liaison between customers and healthcare logistics teams in Rozenburg, driving customer-oriented solutions in air freight. You’ll leverage market knowledge and Excel skills to identify opportunities, present trends to the team, and lead projects that enhance service levels. You work cross-functionally with team leads and management to address challenges, align on KPIs, and keep a strong focus on growing customer value. This role offers impact through improving operations and shaping healthcare logistics for international customers.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Identify customer needs and advise on new opportunities with a focus on service
- Coordinate with team leads and the healthcare department manager on strategic discussions
- Share market trends, aviation and air cargo news with customers and colleagues
- Identify and pursue new opportunities; proactively respond to opportunities
- Present information and trends to customers and colleagues via MBRs and QBRs
- Lead various projects as project leader
- Collaborate closely with team leads to enhance customer-centricity
- Report KPIs to customers
Belangrijkste vereisten
- ≥4 years of freight forwarding experience in air cargo
- customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
- ability to present to teams and customers with enthusiasm
- Certificate of No Objection (VGB) possibility
