Senior Analyst Global Costing
- This role covers a wide scope of dsm-firmenich products mainly related to the Human Nutrition and Care Business Unit manufactured globally. Barcelona Realia, Spain Kaiseraugst, Switzerland Maastricht, Netherlands A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome. This role covers over 1000+ own produced materials, across 10+ manufacturing sites, in 6 SAP systems as well as non-SAP environment. The controller must have good understanding of manufacturing, procurement, internal supply chain network and business, in order to master global product costing, create transparency and support business decision making. Your key responsibilities
Overseeing Global Costing for a significant portion of dsm-firmenich own produced materials mainly in the Human Nutrition and Care space, serving as the link between commercial and production teams Business partner with Commercial Teams to explain Unit Cost evolutions to support pricing decisions Ownership of the Global Product Cost Consolidation Tool (customized SAP solution) Continuous improvement of global product costing procedures and tools with a strong customer focus and lean mindset Focal point for costing processes of monthly close and planning cycles Prepare quarterly forecasts on global unit cost by incorporating developments in procurement, manufacturing and category management Lead the budget process on global unit cost in collaboration with the production site controllers and FP&A Ad hoc support in various projects and business cases We offer

Degree in Finance and/or ACCA, CPA or any other financial certification Minimum 5 years' professional experience; experience in manufacturing sites OR in product costing would be considered as an advantage Process oriented mindset, strong internal drive for continuous improvement Demonstrated ability to work precisely with large datasets and interlinked IT systems Ability to effectively operate in virtual teams across the region and worldwide Able to cope with strict deadlines and time schedules Strong interpersonal communications, can express her/his ideas with ease and flair Drive for results, pro-active attitude with "can-do" mentality High level of conceptual and analytical skills Excellent level of Microsoft Office knowledge English language is a must
