Based in Vilnius, you will lead the AML/CTF function from day one, report to the board, and shape policies across onboarding, monitoring and regulatory reporting. You will manage regulatory relationships with the Bank of Lithuania, design risk assessments, and grow the team as the business scales, ensuring readiness for the EU AML Regulation due 2027. Fluent English required.
