Delivery Manager (Dutch speaker ideally) - AI Solutions, Stakeholder Management - Amsterdam - €150.000 (incl. holiday allowance) Compensation & Logistics: Salary: Up to €150.000 base salary
Working model: Hybrid (1-2 times per week in their Amsterdam North office)

My client is an organization built by engineers, for engineers, renowned for delivering end-to-end cloud and AI solutions. With a local team of 32 in the Netherlands, they leverage a vast internal knowledge base and collaborate extensively with near-shoring teams across Europe. They take full ownership of projects, from initial discovery and design to building and ongoing maintenance, making a serious impact on their clients' modernization efforts. Their focus for this role is on integrating AI solutions to improve productivity and processes.
They're looking for a highly communicative and process-driven Delivery Manager to join their Amsterdam team, specifically focusing on AI solutions for a key French client in the tobacco industry. This is a hands-off, client-facing role with significant impact on strategic AI adoption.
Your Profile: 5+ years' experience in a client-facing role as a Delivery Manager with a strong background in AI solutions.
Fluency in AI concepts, including AI models, agentic AI platforms, data retrieval, semantic modeling, machine learning, and language models.
A \"forward-deployed engineer\" mindset, capable of discussing AI integration and implementation strategies with clients, rather than hands-on building.
Proven ability to understand current processes, identify areas for AI-driven improvement, and translate these into strategic plans.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of coordinating with clients (including C-level) and internal resources (architects, engineers).
Fluent in English and a strong command of Dutch, or a willingness to learn Dutch.
Experience with general cloud technologies like AWS/Azure and containerization (Docker/K8s) is beneficial for understanding modern AI deployment environments.
