DLIVR is looking for an Interim Senior CRO Specialist on behalf of an international company in the consumer goods industry.
Summary As an Interim Senior CRO Specialist, you will develop and lead the conversion rate optimisation strategy across the company's Benelux e-commerce website. You will set the foundation for a long-term CRO strategy, turn data into clear insights and lead the conversation on CRO within a broader Performance Marketing team.
You will work closely alongside the Performance Marketing Lead to drive measurable growth in conversion across all product categories.
Responsibilities Develop, own and lead the CRO strategy and roadmap across the Benelux website.
Coach and guide online marketing specialists on CRO topics and best practices.
Analyse the full user journey, both on-page and off-page, to identify friction and opportunities.
Run and prioritise A/B tests, from hypothesis to rollout.
Translate data into clear insights, recommendations and concrete next steps.
Report on CRO performance and impact to the team and senior stakeholders.
Align CRO goals and reporting with the KPIs for the Performance Marketing team.
Present and defend your strategy to multiple stakeholders and gain their buy-in.
Integrate the CRO strategy with wider Performance Marketing objectives.
Work closely with category-level online marketing specialists.
Requirements Proven experience (5+ years) in CRO, preferably within a large e-commerce or retail environment.
Strong command of analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics).
Experience with app traffic and performance analysis.
Solid understanding of UX principles, user research and customer journey analysis.
Ability to lead the conversation on CRO and inspire a team of specialists.
Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
Structured, data-driven and pragmatic, with a focus on delivering results.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
