As an Advertising Specialist at Digital Wizards, you’ll be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns for our clients. Meta and Google are your main platforms, and you know how to use LinkedIn to reach B2B audiences that can’t be found anywhere else. You’re a trusted advisor to clients: you translate their business goals into a campaign structure that makes sense, and you explain in plain language why it works.
At least 2–3 years of experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen).
Experience with LinkedIn Ads is a major plus.
Minimum higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking.
You’re data-driven: GA4, conversion tracking, server-side tagging, and attribution are not vague concepts to you.
You think in terms of margin and ROAS, not just clicks and CTR.
Proactive approach: you don’t wait for a briefing; you come up with the proposal yourself.
An eye for detail and a passion for sharing knowledge with others.
