Job Description We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR team in Delta Hoofddorp, NL office. Some of the main responsibilities are listed as below:
Support recruitment, training, and other HR initiatives.
Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employment contract preparation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
Collect and organize data to support payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Respond to employee HR-related inquiries and requests.
Qualifications
This is a fully on-site position (remote or hybrid work is not available) and maternity leave cover.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and excellent communication skills.
Solid understanding and experience of HR best practices.
Fluency in English is required
