Support Finance and IT teams in defining, drafting, and implementing accounting interfaces by providing both business and technical expertise. Expected Deliverables
Functional and technical specifications for interfaces Documentation of inter-system accounting flows Test plans and validation of developments Recommendations for process optimization Manual maintenance of accounting flows until full automation is implemented Main Responsibilities
Analyze accounting requirements and inter-application flows (ERP, financial tools, third-party systems) Draft detailed functional and technical specifications Ensure data consistency and compliance with accounting standards Participate in workshops with Finance and IT teams Oversee testing and acceptance of interfaces Manually operate and monitor accounting flows during the transition phase to ensure continuity and accuracy until automated solutions are deployed Key Skills
Expertise in accounting (local and international standards) Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Exact GLOBE, or equivalent) Knowledge of data exchange protocols (API, EDI, XML) Strong writing skills and attention to detail Experience in project management and cross-team coordination Desired Profile
Education: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting integration or migration projects, ideally in multi-system environments Personal Qualities: Strong analytical skills, autonomy, organizational ability, and capacity to manage complex situations in a project mode Languages: Professional proficiency in English - Knowledge of French would be an advantage. Plus: Experience in implementing accounting interfaces and managing manual flows prior to automation Duration: 6 months (renewable) Location: Remote or hybrid
