HBO Internship: Parts Sales Operations & New Markets in Eindhoven

As a Parts Sales Operations & New Markets Intern, you will be part of the team and supporting various commercial, analytical, and communication activities aimed at growing dealer performance and developing new market opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting the organization and follow-up of dealer webinars, meetings, and sales initiatives;

Creating and maintaining dealer communications, LinkedIn content, and InfoHub publications;

Assisting in the analysis of sales performance, dealer KPIs, and business opportunities;

Conducting desk research on competitors, regulations, and dealer development opportunities;

Supporting new market development projects and country business assessments;

Supporting standardization and quality review of modular Country Development Plans across pipeline markets.

Your profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic HBO student with an interest in sales and business development within an international environment.

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (HBO) in International Business, Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field;

You have an affinity for sales, business development, data analysis, and international business;

You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and enjoy working with data and reports;

You have a good command of English, both written and spoken;

You are sales-oriented, data-driven, proactive, able to work cross-functionally, and possess strong communication and analytical skills.

Department

The Parts Sales Operations department is part of the PACCAR Parts division within DAF Trucks and supports the dealer network across Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania. The team focuses on growing parts sales, strengthening dealer performance, executing sales initiatives, and developing opportunities in new and emerging markets. Working in an international environment, you will collaborate with colleagues and dealers across multiple regions. The team consists of 5 District Parts Managers, 1 Country Parts Manager, 1 Sales Support Manager, and 1 New Markets Development Manager, representing a diverse range of international backgrounds.
