This is a

remote-only role for candidates based in Greece .

What Youll Do Provide empathetic and timely support to users across the Facebook platform.

Handle account-related inquiries and investigate content moderation issues.

Apply community standards and elevate complex cases as needed.

Use your Dutch language expertise to identify trends and suggest improvements.

Ensure a safe and positive online experience for users.

Requirements Fluent in Dutch and English

(both written and spoken).

Based in

Greece

and authorized to work remotely within the country.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and a community-first mindset.

Familiarity with social media platforms (training provided).
