Customer support via phone, email, and internal systems Handling product/service-related inquiries Working in a structured international team Location:
Ghent, Belgium (Hybrid after training) Work schedule:
24/7 rotational shifts 7h30/day + 30 min break Before applying, make sure you are comfortable with:
Rotational shifts (including nights & weekends) Initial contract structure (1–3–6 months) First month fully on-site Hybrid setup after training (1 day remote/week) What you bring:
