Can you help professionals and leaders look differently at how they collaborate, lead and influence their organization? At Crest, you will facilitate leadership programs and support in organisation development within the maritime, offshore and energy sectors. Our participants are technically strong professionals working in environments where collaboration and leadership have a direct impact on results. We create space for self-reflection, honest conversations and experiments in daily practice. We are looking for a facilitator who sees people’s potential and understands how the organizational context shapes the way they act.
THE ROLE Facilitating leadership programs You will facilitate our programs in Personal Leadership, Collaborative Leadership and Thought Leadership. Based on your experience and style, we will decide together which program areas suit you best. You help participants translate insights into their day-to-day practice.
You will work with colleagues, clients and teams on organizational questions around collaboration, leadership and change. You help reveal underlying patterns and translate development questions into experiential programs that fit the context.
You will initially work alongside experienced facilitators, gradually taking on more independence.
Helping to build Crest Alongside client work, you will contribute to the development of our programs and our organization. Roles evolve with what Crest needs, as well as with the strengths and ambitions of the team.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Facilitate leadership programs and organization development programs in Dutch and English; our leadership programs usually run for nine months.
Explore development questions with clients and colleagues and translate them into suitable programs, interventions and ways of working.
Create a learning environment in which participants share experiences, challenge one another honestly and apply insights in their work.
Continue to develop existing programs and design new ones together with colleagues.
Align expectations, progress and next steps clearly with clients and other stakeholders.
WHAT YOU BRING You might call yourself a trainer, team coach, facilitator, program designer or organization development practitioner. The exact job title matters less to us than your ability to facilitate groups professionally and translate development questions into formats.
Demonstrable experience independently facilitating groups, teams and learning or change processes.
The ability to work with what emerges in a group, without losing sight of the backbone of the program.
Curiosity about behaviour, motivations and the influence of the wider organizational context.
You effortlessly connect with professionals who are pragmatic, technically minded and strong in their field.
You enjoy helping to build an organization that is growing and changing.
Professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
Experience in the maritime, offshore or technical sector is an advantage, but not a requirement.
