As a TIG Welder – Stainless Steel Piping (Workshop), you will work on precise stainless steel pipework and technical assemblies in a workshop environment. This is a practical role for a welder with up to three years of experience who wants to build further expertise in high-quality welding. You will prepare materials, read technical drawings and produce clean, accurate welds. Depending on the project, you may also work on steel constructions and use MIG/MAG welding techniques. Quality, precision and safe working are important in every job. Welding stainless steel piping using TIG techniques; Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding instructions; Preparing, fitting and checking pipes, components and assemblies; Carrying out welding work on steel constructions where required; Using MIG/MAG welding for suitable materials and applications; Checking your own work and keeping the workshop clean and safe.
