Key Responsibilities As our

Showroom Accounts Manager , you will lead the team and daily operations, drive footfall and ensure every customer receives an excellent experience. This role blends hands-on showroom leadership with multi-channel customer support (in person, over the phone, and via email), as well as proactive outreach to trade professionals to drive footfall.

Every day is different, and we need someone who has high energy, who embraces change with confidence and enthusiasm.

Lead, drive and build a high performing team within the showroom team

Ensure Corston showroom is to the highest standard - all displays are neat, tidy at all times

Proactively reach out to trade professionals to introduce Corston and invite them to visit the showroom

Host client meetings, lunch and learns, and networking events within the showroom

Liaise with local relevant industry and media professionals to build the Corston network when required.

Ensure all customer details are collected within the showroom and followed up by the showroom team

Lead by example, ensuring the Corston customer experience is always met to the highest standard

Build strategies to increase business within the city

Work closely with the Training Team to ensure best in class experiences and KPIs are met across service, showrooms and sales

Build long term relationships with retail and trade customers

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Minimum 2 years of sales / account management

Must be able to speak Dutch and English

Excellent customer experience skills

Experience within the home and interiors industry

Excellent in-person and telephone skills

Excellent verbal and written skills (Dutch and English)

Thrives in face-paced environment

The ability to build strong relationships

Highly task and KPI driven
