As a

Chef de Partie , you are responsible for managing your own section within the kitchen and, together with the team, ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes. With your culinary expertise, attention to detail, and passion for cooking, you contribute daily to creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Your responsibilities:

You have a passion for cooking, possess all-round culinary knowledge, and are eager to showcase your talents in a professional kitchen

You are service-oriented, hospitable, and have a positive, team-focused attitude

You are able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment

You have strong problem-solving skills, can quickly identify key information, recognize patterns, and develop practical solutions

You are quality-driven, well-organized, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role is an advantage

Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulations is preferred

Experience with Caribbean cuisine is a plus, but most importantly you are eager to learn and bring creativity to the kitchen
