What will you do?

As a Customer Care Specialist, you provide patients with personal support while working with the team to deliver excellent service. In this role, you:

Act as the first point of contact for ostomy patients across the Benelux, communicating by phone and through digital channels

Listen carefully, assess each patient’s needs and provide personal, appropriate product advice

Support patients with empathy, expertise and reassurance, ensuring thorough follow-up

Identify opportunities to support patients even better and take proactive action

Work closely with Sales, stoma care nurses and other internal departments

Accurately record interactions and agreements in the CRM system

Work purposefully towards individual and shared objectives relating to accessibility, quality, follow-up, patient satisfaction and appropriate product support

You will work in a close-knit team of three colleagues, where independence, responsibility and collaboration are key. You share knowledge, hold one another accountable for commitments and motivate each other to achieve shared targets. Together, you consistently go the extra mile to deliver that additional result for both patients and the organisation.

What do you bring?

At least secondary vocational education-level thinking and working ability

Experience in customer service, telephone-based services, hospitality, a pharmacy, healthcare administration or a similar environment is welcome

You communicate warmly, clearly and professionally and know how to ask effective follow-up questions

You combine genuine attention to the patient with a proactive, results-driven mindset

You are energised by clear goals and actively contribute to the team’s shared results

You work accurately, take responsibility and record information carefully

You have an excellent command of Dutch ; French is an advantage, or you are willing to learn it through training provided by us

You are confident using Microsoft Office and quickly become familiar with new CRM systems

You preferably live in the Utrecht region and are available for 32–40 hours per week

Experience in ostomy care or medical devices is an advantage, but not required. Our onboarding programme and product training will teach you everything you need to support patients with confidence and expertise.
