You will work full-time in a five-shift schedule, combining technical analysis with decisive action. Your structured approach helps production remain stable, safe and accurate.
Diagnose and resolve complex DUV lithography issues.
Support execution engineers during technical interventions.
Analyse machine data, documentation and recurring failures.
Coach colleagues during challenging troubleshooting activities.
Record findings and contribute to lasting improvements.
Functie-eisen You bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechatronics, high-tech equipment or semiconductor manufacturing. You can work independently during evening and night shifts, organise your priorities clearly and maintain accuracy when technical pressure is high.
Relevant technical education in mechatronics, electronics or engineering.
Proven experience with complex industrial systems.
Knowledge of DUV lithography is strongly preferred.
Ability to interpret technical documentation and machine data.
Strong command of English and commitment to safety procedures.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden You receive a comprehensive package for a full-time position of 40 hours per week. The role is performed fully on site and offers technical development through targeted training.
€5,000–€5,200 gross monthly, including 25.1% shift allowance.
13th month of 8.33%, ADV allowance and holiday compensation included.
8% holiday allowance and €0.21 per kilometre travel reimbursement.
Pension scheme and possible bonus arrangement, subject to confirmation.
